At Deendaar.pk, we design our products with care, responsibility, and authenticity. If something goes wrong, we believe in being fair — while also protecting our work from misuse.

🔁 14-Day Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order only if the conditions below are met.

✅ Eligible for Return / Refund

A return or refund will be accepted if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The item is unused, unmarked, and in original packaging

📩 All requests must be reported within 14 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video evidence

❌ Not Eligible for Return / Refund

For clarity and fairness, we do not accept returns or refunds if:

  • The product has been used, written on, bent, or damaged after delivery

  • The packaging is missing or tampered

  • The request is based on change of mind

  • The child did not engage with the product

  • The order was placed incorrectly by the customer

  • The product was purchased as part of a discounted bundle or promotion

  • More than 14 days have passed since delivery

📌 Educational products cannot be “returned after use”.

💳 Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are processed only to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Refund processing time:

7–10 working days after approval

🚫 Misuse & Abuse Clause

Deendaar.pk reserves the right to:

  • Refuse refunds in cases of repeated misuse

  • Reject claims without sufficient evidence

  • Block future orders in case of fraudulent activity
