You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order only if the conditions below are met.

A return or refund will be accepted if:

The product has a manufacturing defect

The item is unused, unmarked, and in original packaging

For clarity and fairness, we do not accept returns or refunds if:

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit
