RETURN RULES SUMMARY

Deendaar.pk offers a 14-day return, refund, or replacement window from the date your order is delivered.

Returns and refunds are only accepted in fair and genuine cases, such as damaged products, wrong items, missing items, manufacturing defects, or unused products returned in original condition.

Because Deendaar products are printed educational card sets, used, opened, written-on, bent, damaged, incomplete, or tampered products cannot be returned after use.

To request a return, refund, or replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery through WhatsApp or email and provide your order number along with clear photo or video proof.

Approved refunds are processed after review. Cash on Delivery refunds may be issued through bank transfer, mobile wallet, or store credit.

Shipping charges, return courier charges, and failed delivery costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was from Deendaar.pk.

Discounted bundles and promotional items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. However, if your discounted bundle arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective, we will review the case and may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Deendaar.pk reserves the right to refuse claims that are false, incomplete, unsupported by proof, repeated, abusive, or made after the 14-day return window.

At Deendaar.pk, we design our products with care, responsibility, and authenticity. We want every family to receive the correct product in good condition. If something goes wrong, we believe in being fair while also protecting our work from misuse.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You may request a return, refund, replacement, or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

The 14-day period starts from the date the parcel is marked as delivered by the courier company.

Requests made after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Eligible for Return, Refund, or Replacement

A return, refund, replacement, or exchange may be accepted if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • Your order is incomplete or missing an item.
  • The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.
  • The item is unused, unmarked, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging.
  • The issue is reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Clear photo or video proof is provided.

All claims are reviewed by Deendaar.pk before approval.

3. Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used.
  • The cards have been opened, written on, bent, folded, torn, stained, marked, damaged, or made incomplete after delivery.
  • The packaging is missing, damaged, or tampered with.
  • The request is based on change of mind after opening or using the product.
  • The child did not engage with the product.
  • The order was placed incorrectly by the customer.
  • The customer selected the wrong product, quantity, address, or contact number.
  • More than 14 days have passed since delivery.
  • The customer refuses to provide required proof.
  • The product was damaged due to misuse, mishandling, moisture, heat, or storage after delivery.
  • The item was purchased in a discounted bundle or promotion and the request is only due to change of mind.

Educational products cannot be returned after use.

4. Damaged, Wrong, Defective, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Phone number used for the order
  • Clear photos or video of the product
  • Clear photos or video of the packaging
  • A short explanation of the issue

If the parcel appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, you may refuse the parcel where possible.

If you accept the parcel, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video before opening it. This helps us verify transit damage or missing-item claims fairly.

After review, Deendaar.pk may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Missing item dispatch
  • Store credit
  • Refund where applicable

5. Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are only considered if the product is:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • Complete
  • In original packaging
  • In resaleable condition
  • Reported within 14 days of delivery

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or discounted bundle orders.

If a change-of-mind return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Discounted Bundles and Promotions

Discounted bundles and promotional items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

However, if a discounted bundle or promotional item arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or with a manufacturing defect, Deendaar.pk will review the case and may offer a replacement, exchange, missing item dispatch, store credit, or refund where applicable.

This rule protects both the customer and Deendaar.pk from misuse of discounted offers.

7. Cash on Delivery Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds may be issued through:

  • Bank transfer
  • Mobile wallet
  • Store credit
  • Any other method approved by Deendaar.pk

The customer must provide correct refund account details.

Deendaar.pk is not responsible for delays or failed refunds caused by incorrect bank account, wallet, or payment details provided by the customer.

COD handling charges, courier charges, return courier charges, and failed delivery costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Deendaar.pk.

8. Online Payment Refunds

For online payments, approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or platform.

Deendaar.pk will process approved refunds within 7–10 working days after approval and product verification where required.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.

9. Shipping and Return Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Deendaar.pk.

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless:

  • The wrong item was sent by Deendaar.pk.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The order was incomplete due to our mistake.

If the customer provided an incorrect address, unavailable phone number, or refused delivery without valid reason, shipping charges and failed delivery costs may be deducted from any approved refund.

10. Failed Delivery, Refused Orders, and Fake Orders

For COD orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, address, and city details.

Deendaar.pk may contact customers through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm orders before dispatch.

We reserve the right to hold, cancel, or refuse an order if:

  • The customer cannot be contacted.
  • The address is incomplete or incorrect.
  • The phone number is unreachable.
  • The customer has a history of refusing COD parcels.
  • The order appears fake, suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent.

If a COD parcel is refused without valid reason, future COD orders from the same customer, phone number, address, or account may be blocked or require advance payment.

11. Product Condition After Return

Returned products must be received by Deendaar.pk in acceptable condition.

If the returned product is used, damaged, incomplete, written on, missing cards, missing packaging, or not in the same condition as approved, Deendaar.pk may reject the refund or deduct an appropriate amount.

Approval of a return request does not guarantee refund until the returned product has been received and inspected.

12. Product Variation

Product colors, print shade, miss-printing, slightly typo errors, packaging, card finish, or minor design details may slightly vary due to screen display, photography, printing batches, or manufacturing updates.

Such minor variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund.

13. Content and Printing Error Clause

Deendaar.pk carefully reviews its educational and Islamic content before publishing.

However, in the rare case of a printing, spelling, formatting, or content error, Deendaar.pk reserves the right to review the issue and decide the appropriate solution.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer:

  • Clarification
  • Replacement card
  • Replacement deck
  • Store credit
  • Refund where applicable
  • Minor formatting differences or harmless typographical issues that do not affect product use may not qualify for a full refund.

14. Misuse and Abuse Protection

Deendaar.pk reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, or future orders in cases of:

  • False claims
  • Repeated refund requests
  • Misuse of return policy
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abusive communication
  • Edited or misleading photos/videos
  • Intentional product damage
  • Claims without sufficient evidence
  • Attempts to copy, scan, reproduce, or misuse our product content

We may also block future COD orders from customers involved in misuse, fraud, or repeated parcel refusal.

15. How to Request a Return, Refund, or Replacement

To request help, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

16. Final Decision

All return, refund, replacement, and exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Deendaar.pk.

This policy is designed to be fair to genuine customers while protecting Deendaar.pk from misuse, fake claims, and fraudulent activity.
