All product content, design, layout, wording, brand name, product name, images, packaging, and website content are the intellectual property of Deendaar.pk unless otherwise stated.

Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or distribution may result in legal action.

4. Islamic Educational Content Disclaimer

Deendaar.pk takes care to create Islamic educational content with responsibility, respect, and authenticity.

Our products are designed to simplify Islamic learning for children and families. However:

12. Cash on Delivery Order Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery orders, Deendaar.pk may contact the customer before dispatch through:

  • Phone call
  • WhatsApp
  • SMS
  • Email

This may be done to confirm:

  • Customer name
  • Phone number
  • Address
  • City
  • Order details
  • Delivery availability
  • COD amount

If a customer cannot be contacted, provides incomplete information, gives a wrong phone number, gives an incorrect address, refuses confirmation, or behaves suspiciously, Deendaar.pk may hold, cancel, or refuse the order.

13. Fake Orders, Refused Orders, and Fraud Protection

Deendaar.pk reserves the right to cancel, block, or refuse orders if:

  • The order appears fake.
  • The customer gives false information.
  • The phone number is unreachable.
  • The address is incomplete or incorrect.
  • The customer repeatedly refuses COD parcels.
  • The customer has a history of abusive communication.
  • The customer places repeated suspicious orders.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • The order appears intended to cause loss, harassment, or misuse.

If a COD parcel is refused without valid reason, future orders from the same customer, phone number, address, account, or related details may be blocked or may require advance payment.

Deendaar.pk may keep records of refused parcels, fake orders, suspicious orders, and misuse to protect the business from loss.

14. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Remote locations
  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer unavailability
  • Law and order situations

15. Customer Responsibility for Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing:

If delivery fails due to incorrect information, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, refusal to accept parcel, or wrong address, the customer may be responsible for courier charges, return charges, re-delivery charges, or failed delivery costs.

16. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to the conditions of our Refund & Return Policy.

In summary:

  • Return or refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Used, opened, damaged, written-on, incomplete, or tampered products are not eligible for return after use.
